Me and my partner are in a common law relationship since 3 years. She is working and I am studying. We applied for CSQ together last year and already submitted the CSQ documents (2 months back). Now, we are waiting for our CSQ. My girl-friend is the primary applicant.
As, I receive a job in Europe therefor have to move there permanently. My girl-friend is waiting for CSQ to get approved and apply for the PR for both of us. After PR application, she can come to Europe and stay with me till the PR application is done.
Is it the right way to act on this situation as we do not want to have delay our PR application?
