Hi guys,
I've sent all documents in march after receiving APR...
Just got medical approved and estimated time of finish is around September, considering 6 months but I know if may take longer.
The thing is, I've got a conference in Seattle where I'll be in the last week of October 2017 and I'll be spending 2 weeks in Toronto previous to the conference, visiting friends as well as speaking at some technical events.
What should I do in case my process if finalised before my trip??
Currently I'll need a ESTA for US and ETA for Canada, because I'm Australian.
Will that have any impact?
Can that be a problem to me?
Let's say I've got the PR approved and I'll be entering Canada as ETA to spend a couple weeks(October). I know if all goes well, I need to land before February when my medicals expire(1 year).
Also, how does it work with the passports? What happens if they ask for the passport and I'm close to my trip or I'm during the trip? How long will I have to send them the passports?
Thanks
