PR and visa to Mexico

Good day lovely people! Its my first time here hopefully some of you can help me answer my questions.Ive been here in Canada for almost 5 years now and still I am patiently waiting for my Permanent Residency. All the documents has been submitted already 2-3 years ago after I completed my Live in caregiver pathway. Last 2023 was the last time I heard from CIC asking me to send Medical of my dependents plus my NOA.Everything were already submitted in March 2023.After 10 months on January 12,2024 I received an email again asking for the Medical of my Dependents which needs to be submitted within 30days . Does that mean that they fail their medical for the previous one or it got expire?I am so confused and sad at the same time.I am a mother of two lovely daughters which I haven't seen for almost 5 years already. I tried to call Immigration but failed to reach them. I wonder for how long will I wait again for the status of my application. It's been a difficult time for me already. What will be the next step after they receive the medical of my family?

another question is Can I travel to Mexico while my PR is still on process?

Si usted sale de Canada, y quiere entrar nuevamente aunque tenga visa (o no la necesite) nada le garantiza que la dejen entrar de nuevo. Pero deberia contactar un abogado de imigracion para estar mas segura

Hi I appreciate your response a lot.

I forgot to mention that me and my dependents were already requested also for the biometrics last March 2023 and submitted also the updated IMM5669 form.
after waiting for almost 10 months,I was just concerned why my dependents were requested again for their medical(second time). I am worried that I have to wait for another 10mos for them to take a look into my application. Ive been here since 2019 that's why I am very sad of waiting. I am hoping that these process that you sent me will also apply to me. I highly appreciate your help. About travelling to Mexico while waiting for my PR is also my concern, I guess you're right I have to go to Mexico embassy to ask if I am eligible to travel and leave Canada while my PR is still on process.
