PR after Closed Work Permit

Hi, I am in Canada on a Closed Work Permit and have a full-time job. While working a full-time job in Canada, I got an opportunity to work as a freelancer outside Canada (remotely), I am paying tax for the freelancing work in my home country (It's the location where I am providing my freelancing services) and paying taxes in Canada for full-time. I'm doing both the job at the same time. I just wanted to check Is it legal to work as a freelancer while you're on a closed work permit. It would be great if someone can help me with this query. Really appreciated

1. Is it legal to do work as a freelancer in Canada while you have full-time in Canada? It's not impacting any job in Canada/ or any impact on the other workers?
2. Also, do I need to disclose this information to IRCC while I submit my PR application?

1. It's fine as long as your work involves no Canadian customers / clients / companies.
2. Yes, I would do that.
