Can i land (activate pr) in other province that i initially stated on my application? eg land in ontario instead of british columbia

An FSW can 'land' in Quebec as well, but needs to show that he/she is moving further (Air/Bus Tkt). However, the 'record of landing' can be 'completed' in any other POE, other than the one mentionned in our apps or COPR.
