PR 2021 under new policy - PGPW graduates

Hi all!
I'm a graduate from 2020 - 2years course. I'm currently working and I have done my IELTS i.e. valid until 2 years.
As per new policy for graduates. These are the requirements in order to be eligible.

I haven't opened my CEC profile because I was waiting for my 1-year experience.
I would like to open my CEC profile in order to be ready for this May 6th application.

There is a question
In the last three years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have in Canada? It must have been full-time (or an equal amount in part-time). (required)


Can I still open my profile with the answer - Less than one year or should I choose 1 year?

We don't know how the application process is going to be, it might not be through EE but through an alternative portal just like the Atlantic Immigration Pilot

UPDATE: I did call IRCC and they mentioned the same what you mentioned.

Nothing much they said they are not sure and the CIC will update in the coming days. They are not clear as well. But most probably you will not need a EE profile.

I see, then I guess it'll have its own portal like the Rural and the Atlantic Pilot program. I hope the servers can handle the huge influx of people trying to apply at the same time.

Does this program even have a name yet?

I REALLY HOPE THAT IT DOESNT JUST STOP AND SAY TRY LATER!
