PPTC153 FORM FIRST TIME PASSPORT QUESTION

Hello Everyone!

Anyone reading this, i hope you and your beloved ones are doing well.

After filling up the PPTC153 form, printed and signed. I noticed the form printed with it the three boxes {Save} {Reset Form} {Print Form} plus the Read Instructions in all pages.



Is it ok to apply with it or you think it should be filled up and signed again ?

Also should we send all 7 pages of the form or just the first 3 pages ?

You should save and then print, you only need to send first 3 pages with your signatures on all of them along with signatures of your guarantor on page 1
