I have got an invitation for pre-arrival services for a Canadian spousal sponsor. How long is the wait to get a passport request after that?

Pre-arrival is often received fairly early on in the process. Most likely you still have several months to wait.
If you say when you applied and from where, that will help people give you an idea of overall processing times.
Sure applied back in November 2020 and received AOR on January 2021 and passed biometrics and medical then got the prearrival services back on the 24 th of this month
