PPR to COPR timelines around the holidays?

PNP - PhD stream - Paper based Application (from non-visa requiring country)

PPR email Friday Dec 6th 2019
Xpresspost arrived in Ottawa, signature by SCI FARLEY, on Tues 10th
It's now Tuesday December 17th and there's no update in my account, nor have I received anything back in the mail. Going by previous threads this seems to be longer than normal (typical being 2 days for update in account and another 2-5 for COPR mailed back)
I'm hoping the delay is just due to the holiday season.
Has anybody experienced a similar timeline??

Did you hear back? I still haven’t and mine was received by them on December 11. I’m worrying myself sick.
