Ppr request

Hi,
I'm a PNP candidate I have passed medicals now, my husband is in singapore, so me n my son wanna go there as a tourist in December we would stay there till February 1st is there a chance to get PPR by then if at all in between we get can we submit it in VFS office there.

Sadly only the CIC would know about the potential PPR date. Good luck.
