PPR REQUEST IN CANADA

Hi there
I want advice pls regarding my PPR request.
I apply tourist visa extension from India Newdelhi after that i travel to canada with my old visa in my passport before it expire.
Now iam in canada and received my PPR request my mail.
Now i don't understand what to do because visa apply from India and now iam in canada and how to send my passport in canada.
how to get courier submit form and tracking no

You should go back to India get the stamp and come back. As you applied from India.
