PPR process for visa exempt country

Hi.

Im from a visa exempt country and i'd like to know how ppr works for citizens from visa exempt countries.

reading the forum, they request just copies of passport,but some are asked for original passport and some are not even asked for copies and just get COPR in mail after medical.
why is there any differences?


If anyone knows a clear answer please share.

Your original post sums it up all...
I think the VOs need to confirm your Passport Validity and hence may be asking for them or copies...
