PPR: Photos of Each Accompanying Family Member

This might be a silly question, but does the following include my spouse/sponsor (who is a Canadian citizen): "2. Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member"? In other other words, do I have to include 2 photos of him even though he's a Canadian citizen? My guess is no, but I wanted to double check. I can't find a clear answer. Thanks!

Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member".......spouse/sponsor (who is a Canadian citizen) is not migrating.

For yourself and any accompanying children or dependants.
