PPR not received for primary applicant but got for dependents

Hello folks,

I applied work permit for myself, visitor visa for wife and study visa for my kid.

applied- 6-Aug-2022
biometric 9-Sep-2022
PPR received 9-Nov-2022 but only for my wife and kid. There is no PPR for me and status says they are still working on my profile. Is it normal from ircc?
