I've received a letter requesting passport, passport pic and the letter and submission to local/London,UK VAC. When I visit VAC website there is a form IMM5524 and a document checklist. However in the form most questions are not relevant to me -since it seems it is for the people who already had PR/Travel Doc issues in Canada and need a new one when they are abroad. Also there is a document checklist that seems quire not relevant to my case/Express Entry/FSW application.
For those who have gone through with this process what did you do - what documents are really required and what forms? I need to submit in 10 days or my dead line expires - really stressed.. Please help..
