This is for my cousin brother. He (with his wife and kids) applied for Work Permit with approved LMIA back in March and got his biometrics done around the same time. He has now received Passport Request Letter addressing to him ( Primary Applicant). Here is the confusion.
Both IRCC and VFS website says each individual should have PPR letter before submitting passport everybody. He only got one PPR letter with his name only.
Also, he has not done medical yet. Is he exempt?
He is an Indian citizen and living in Muscat, Oman and applied for Work Permit online.
