Hello,
I got the PPR yesterday and I am too confuse as,
I am in Ottawa and we have the canadapost strike and Xmas vacation is coming.
I need to go back to india for my marriage and I have flight on 11th Jan2019.
If I submit my passport today, I may or may not get it back on time so,
What should I do? As my flight and marriage date can not postpone.
Please help me.

Which one is more important? I guess you could reapply for PR again later.

I think you can send your passport and get it back in time. BUT -

The bigger problem is, you either have to land as a PR before you get married, or you will have to return your COPR to add your wife after you get married. If you get your COPR and go to India (without landing), you MUST declare your marriage before you land, and then you will not be able to complete your landing.

So unless you think you can complete your landing before you get married (and then sponsor your future wife later), I would suggest sending a CSE to IRCC, inform them of your wedding date, and ask to postpone until then so you can add your wife to your application.
