I received the PPR from IRCC asking me to submit the original passports (me and my family) by post to VFS. I did so,
Sent them by DHL, the package was delivered last Friday 03/03/2022 to VFS ROMA, Italy, but till today no acknowledgment of recipient nor ID trucking number
several emails were sent to the call center, always the same answer, still not opened.
Has anyone had the same case ?
