PP couriered but didn't Receive any email

I have submitted my file at VFS Hyd on 26th and it has been processed from VFS Bangalore,Now the status says the passport has been couriered on 20th Nov but I didn't get any email Regarding passport dispatch or visa approved.Even I didn't get any message for courier tracking details,is there anybody facing or Faced with similar kind of issue.

You will get your passport on Monday or Tuesday.. by the way check your inbox
