Hi,
I'm applying for PR soon and I need to have some documents and translations to be notarized from China, however, I'm not in China so my parent is helping me on my behalf. The notary office in China said I need to have power of attorney notarized in Canada with a stamp from the Chinese embassy, then my parent can help me to notarize the documents.
I'm not sure if the power of attorney needs to be drafted from Canada or China, because I'm afraid of notarizing the wrong one.
If anyone has gone through this I would appreciate your advice a lot.
