Postgraduate Work permit Refusel

I am in international student and i graduated from seneca college Toronto in DEC 2013 and I applied for my postgraduate work permit from overseas(USA) on march 11 2014 but on May/24/2014 i got refusal for post grad work permit stating the reason CIC is not satisfied i will leave country after valid time, in the mean while waiting for response from CIC for my postgraduate work permit my Canadian study visa and study permit both got expired on 12 April 2014,Now i am kind of stuck i Cant go back in Canada,Please suggest me any best solution ASAP.

It is very, very rare that a PGWP application is rejected. We will need details of your case to see why CIC came to that decision. My suggestion would be to go to a lawyer for a consultation and see what, if anything, can be done

1. If the OP graduated prior 11/Dec/13 then he would not be eligible as you have to apply within 90 days of graduation.
