I just got a postdoctoral fellowship In the University of Saskatchewan. I will come to Canada within 3 months and I have already applied for the work permit and entry visa.
I wish to ask about how and when can I apply for permanent residence and immigration.
Is it better to start the application before coming to Canada or I better wait until I am in Canada?
What is the procedure?
I am Egyptian and married with a newborn baby.
