Postal letter didn't receieved and refused

HI,

I am very much concerned and worried about my file.They asked for all documents in last letter but didnt received.

Now they have sent mail regading refusal because no documents received they asked in last post

Please let me know how to resolve this issue and find out best solution

I think they sent ordinary letter and not possible to track that information from post office.

Hi member, did you send the document with sign required postal or not.if you send with sign required than you can track it and you submitted your proof postage which they accecpt according cic website.

I asked post office regarding the letter..they said we need to tracking number to track the information..

i dnt know how to resolve this thing .. should I go for appeal or reconsider my case.

What would be the best solution to approach embasssy..??
Who will be the right person to provide me best assistance regading this?
any immigratation lawer?
I called up ..embassy they said just email.but.earlier i mailed many emails to embassy on enquiry id but never get proper reply..
