I'm temporarily residing at a different location from the one mentioned in my passport. So, I mentioned my temporary address for my passport pick-up for stamping. I'm concerned about the consent and courier form. Which address should I mention in the consent form my temporary address where I'm residing at these days or my permanent address which is mentioned in my passport ? I understand that in the courier form I'll mention the temporary address where I want my passport to be delivered but as for the consent form I'm really confused. Help please someone....
