I got my COPR last year in August and did my soft landing from US on August 31 last year and returned back. We are all still in the US and plan to do full and final move by end of year or early next year.

I need some guidance on a few topics below:
- IRCC sent the PR cards for me and family to my sister's place. My daughter (US Citizen) PR card for some reason had some issues and despite it getting approved, it has not been received. Now after emailing them they have suggested to fill up a Solemn Declaration for lost/not received PR card. Question: What should i write in solemn declaration as the address (my sister's address?) and also efforts made to find the PR card?
- I am in US and was suggested by the IRCC officer that I can travel by road with my COPR document. Just wanted to confirm if I can still travel given the current COVID situation? Will it be essential travel given that I am a PR?
- Does anybody suggest that I get my PR cards shipped from my sister from Canada to US? What are the risks?
- Also, given that I became PR last year, are there any tax related formalities that I have to comply by? I do not have an Canadian income?
