When you get your PR with SINP as an international student, for how long you have to live in Saskatchewan ? Or is there any ceiling limit period for which you can't move elsewhere in Canada except Sask. after PR ?.

I did 3 yrs.diploma is Electronics Engineering Technology(Industrial Automation) in 2011. I got PR and is earning $ 4000/- as Service Tech. Is it adviseable to go for further study or otherwise. Can I do Master Degree ? Which Stream ?
