I’m currently filling out my post-ITA online application for PR, and I’m having trouble with the Travel History section (and possibly the Address History section by extension). I’ve searched this forum and countless others for a clear answer, but I’ve either been getting conflicting answers or one that don’t seem to exactly fit my situation.

So, in the Personal History > Travel History section, it says:
“Provide details of any trips X has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.”
I moved to Canada from the US (where I was born and raised) in September 2015 for university. Since then, I’ve never been away for more than a few months at a time. For the first two years, I went back home for Christmas and summer break. However, after I came back to Canada in fall 2017, I have not left the country for longer than 2 weeks at a time, and never to anywhere outside of the US.

So, since I was in the US for 3 months at a time in the summers of 2016 and 2017, I included those in my Contact Details > Address History section alongside my other Canadian addresses. Am I correct in doing this, or should I consider those to be travel instead?

If I am correct, should I simply answer “No” to the question asked in the Travel History section (“Has X, and if applicable, X's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago)?”), or do I have to account for every instance of travel between Canada and the US? The US is obviously my country of origin, but I'm not sure exactly when Canada officially became my "country of residence" in terms of the accumulated time spent (though I can figure it out if needed), or if I'm just overcomplicating it.

Thank you in advance!
