Post ITA questions for POF and Job reference letter

Hi All,

I have below two queries as I am filing my application post ITA -

1. Can any one on this forum confirm a successful application by providing POF as gift taken supported by a LOE as I am currently not compliant with the 6 month average balance condition.

2. For job reference letter, one of my organizations is not listing job & responsibilities on the letter head shared with me, hence, for this job and my current job I am planning to submit a LOE with supporting documents (offer letter, reliving letter, pay stubs) and job roles & responsibilties getting signed by my peer/manager on a notarized letter. Can someone on this forum confirm if they have been successful in their application while providing these documents.

Bumping up for response. I am looming fir answers because I can't afford to risk CAD1100 for spouse and I if LOE for gift is not working.

POF as a gift works. My refusal letter clearly has the officer acknowledging the gift as valid (and it has been substantiated multiple times on this forum earlier as well). Just make sure you attach conclusive evidence of the gift being physically transferred into your account and ensure the gift letter explicitly mentions all possible bank transfer details.

This should work - has been confirmed multiple times on the forum.
