Hello all!
Hope you are healthy and getting through this hard time as best as possible.
I have a question before I submit my application.
I had a refuse on me work permit extension in the past. I disclosed this information in the my application but there is no place to upload the documents for it.
So my question is, should I include them alongside the Letter of explanation ? O I shouldn't include them at all?

Thank in advance !

Just include the refusal letter's reference in the text box provided when you answer the question yes.

Hi, I am in a similar situation where I was once rejected a co-op work permit while I was studying in Canada.

So, I just wonder how you answered these statutory questions based on your situation.

a) Has *** been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

b) Has *** ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Did you answer yes to both questions? I thought I should only answer yes to b) and no to a) because question a) did not mention anything like a permit?

What's your thought?

I actually answer yes to both. But now that I read them more carefully I believe you are right. Only the second has to be yes because I was only refuse a work permit extension. I think I will include the ref. Code in that line
