Hi All,
1. While filling forms, it ask that have you used any other name. I selected yes. As i had different FIRST NAME (nickname) on my SSC & HSSC certificates due to mistake and i got corrected back in 2013. My passport/identity document had same correct name since the beginning.
First Name on SSC& HSSC prior to 2013= "Hafiz Muhammad"
After 2013 = "Muhammad"

a. It asks for category to select of name change: i selected "Nickname/Alias". Is it right?
b. As the change happened on first name, can i just mention the reason (by mistake) in LOE or do i need to have any document for that?
2. In the section it asks for if i have any relative in Canada. And options are siblings, parents, spouse etc. I have maternal uncle - Canadian Citizen , where to mention about him?
3. In "Study & Language section" i will only list Canadian-Master degree for which i have claimed points pre-ITA. And everything else (SSC, HSSC, BSc) will go to personal history. And same is true for work experience?
4. In personal history section, it asks for last 10 year activities. So, here once again i need to mention last 10 year education including master as well as complete work history including the one for which points are claimed and is already provided in relevant sections?
5. My EE profile expiry date is today Sep 23. I have already received an ITA. I believe, nothing to worry about profile expiry date now. Right?
