While filling out the post ITA profile, I could find an option "Has this person ever used any other name". The options are:
Birth
Nickname
Name after marriage
Former Name
Son/Daughter of
Others
My spouse name is different in old and new passport. So which option should I select. Former name or Birth ??
do I need to create a affidavit for this and explain in Letter of Explanation.
Please help me here guys.
