Post ITA profile - Data lost!!

Guys -

I logged into my profile after two days to review information and got to know that all my Personal history and Travel history details are gone !! What could be the reason?

I tried multiple browsers but still no luck. It say "No data Available"

Shall i fill it again? It was quite detailed

It happened to me once back in October and I was frustrated, however I logged off and then the next day when I logged on it was all back. It happens

And if it's permanently gone I'm so sorry.

Be very careful as it happens for a reason !
If you have a bad net connection and signals drop while reviewing profile, you will have unsaved information, and somehow your whole profile which you were reviewing will be lost.
If you review, make sure you have a good internet connection.

Thanks. Had to put everything again Got it live again.

Anyway, got a quick question on Personal History if you could assist. I studied for my qualification partly in Pak and then moved to Malaysia. Came back to Pak for good and got my degree while i was in Pak. Will my "country of study" be Pak? or Malaysia? I was living in Pak at that time and had completed my last semester in pak itself.

i think it should be Pakistan, what do you suggest?
