Post ITA Preview My Score Decreased

Hi,

I am preparing my Express Entry application. Although I provided exact details as per my EE profile, after clicking on "Preview My Score", my score decreased from 495 to 490. I noticed that "Preview My Score" shows 0 points added in the Canadian Work Experience under the spouse factor. I ensure that we have added the spouse's work experience to the application, and the NOC code is under Teer 1.

Could someone suggest what is wrong?

I and my partner are 28 years old, we already had our birthday.
