Anyone else strapped for time to get the Police Certificate done? I have all my other documents ready and I just need the police clearance from my stay in the USA, but that takes around 12 weeks, time which I do not have.

Is there a way around it? Maybe ask for additional time? Or not submit it at all and hope for the best?

same for my Israeli one. You just upload the receipt/proof of application and that you haven't received it back yet. that should be enough

Ah.. that makes sense. So there will be an opportunity to upload things even after submission??

well in my case the israelis send the PCC directly to CIC so I just had to upload the receipt from the consulate proving that I applied for it, and its up to the israeli's and CIC to sort it out after that.

If you dont have your PCC back yet, you might want to hold off submitting your application until you are closer to your 60 days limit, its obviously going to be better to submit it if it turns up in time.

In the meantime, prepare a document which says (and proves) you have applied for it, but you haven't received it back yet - which you can then submit in the case that you run out of time and have to get your application submitted.
