Hello,

I had my medical exam yesterday and I couldn't understand one thing is when they find results, do they submit directly to CIC on my EE number or sent them to me and I've to upload on Medical results tab?

If they have e-system they will upload results directly to cic but you will have to upload the completed form the clinic gives you post ita.

They send the results directly to CIC. If CIC finds something that needs additional tests they'll call you for the same.

"The panel physician will do a complete medical exam and may refer you for chest x-rays and laboratory tests. Once your exam has been completed, the physician will send the results to CIC.

The panel physician does not make the final decision about your medical exam. CIC makes that decision. If there is a problem with your medical exam, the visa office will contact you in writing."

and I believe in any case if you have to reject this ITA then medical results will be valid for this EE number for next 6 months?

Yes but it is recommended to get medical after receiving ITA. The reason being that post PR you have to land in canada before expiry of your medicals (1year).
