Hi All,

I tried finding the answers to my questions in the thread first. But unfortunately wasn't able to.

Last year my EE post ITA application was rejected as incomplete because of a date issue in one of my police reports. I entered the EE pool this year again and have received an ITA. I am currently in the process of submitting my application for PR the second time and I have some serious concerns.

Under Personal Details > Immigration history and citizenships section:

Has *** applied to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada before?

I am kind of sure this is YES. Please suggest to me otherwise.

Has *** applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before?

I am kind of sure this is YES. Please suggest to me otherwise.

Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number

To my best understanding, this is not the EE profile number, right? I am thinking about entering 'Not application because the previous application was rejected as incomplete'. Please suggest.

Unique Client Identifier (UCI)

This is where my main concern lies. If we go to Account Home > Check full application status, I can see UCI numbers for both my previous EE profile and the new one. Is it the number that IRCC is expecting me to put in? If so, am I suppose to put in the old one from my last submission or the UCI number for my current EE profile.

I have also read at so many forums that this is not the UCI number that IRCC expects and is completely different from the actual UCI number which people have if they had a work permit, etc. in the past. I am totally confused.

Please kindly help. I don't have that many days left to turn in my application.
