Post ITA Employment Letter

In Post ITA stage its asking for employment letters from all the previous employers. What if we don't have that for both primary and secondary applicant? What is the alternative? I can provide a letter from most current and probably prior to that, but not the the one from 5-7 years ago.

If you don't provide the reference letter for those, you will not get points for those employments
