Post ITA Documents Upload

#1. I got an ITA under OOPNP and am trying to prepare all supporting documents and I have following questions...

1) passports - when it comes to passport copy, do I need to scan only valid passport? I mean my old passport expired few days back and I have received new one..so my question is Do I need to upload both passports in single PDF or only new passport??? ..all. Visa standings are in my old passport...

2) I don't see any section to upload IELTS and Birth Certificates in upload section?? Where should we upload this documents?

3)ECA section - Do I need to upload both ECA and provisional and marksheets or only ECA document??

4)Employment Letters - My employer is not willing to provide employment letter for PR application ..so I am planning to attach employment letter from my manager in CIC format..and also along with this letter I am planning to attach employment letters that I have received during my work permit extension and To support US Application.. And also planning to add T4 and notice of assessment docs,pay slips in employment letter section... Do you think this documents are enough to support my CEC experience..???
Which section is most suitable to upload T4 and notice of assessment documents..I mean in support documents section or employment section????

5) From previous employer,I have experience letter,service letter and offer letter and I worked for this company 5 yrs back and I don't know any one in that company right now to get employment letter CIC format..
I am planning to go head with whatever documents I have right now to prove my previous experience..
Please suggest how to proceed in this scenario as it impossible to get reference letter in CIC format from previous employers..???

Does CIC explicitly ask for the 'old' passport or visa stamps anywhere? If not, just upload the bio data pages of your passport.

Does CIC explicitly ask for these documents anywhere? These aren't required under EE.

ECA and degree(s) only. No mark sheets, no transcripts. For Canadian education, attach transcripts (if available).

This would be enough. Attach T4 and NOA in the same pdf as your employment documents.

It doesn't matter. You have 600 points from the nomination. Even if you lose some points for employment, you're still above the draw cutoff. Relax and upload what you have or take out the job from your Work history and just mention it in your Personal history section.
