Post ITA: Can I change NOC from 2173 to 2174 after receiving ITA?

Hi Guys,

I am confused about this.
Received ITA with NOC 2173, now I thought my NOC will be 2174.
There is no much difference between these two NOC's, but some points matching with NOC 2174 only.

2173 Software engineers and designers
2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers

Can I change NOC before submitting my documents?
Will it affect my PR application?

You can change the NOC. However, would suggest to talk to this guy before you decide to change NOC .. His experience was not good.
