I received my ITA from IRCC a few weeks ago. I had also previously applied for OINP nomination which OINP is not ready to give. However they are not able to provide the 600 points as I have already received my ITA form IRCC without any provincial nomination.
Below is the letter i received from OINP

Thank you for your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program under the Express Entry stream.
As we mentioned in our previous correspondence to you, your registration in the Express Entry system, including a valid Express Entry number and Job Seeker Validation code, is a requirement of the Human Capital Priorities Stream and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
Your profile E0006XXX6X is no longer available for nomination in the Express Entry system because you have received an Invitation to Apply from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Please be advised that, should your application be approved, the OINP would be unable to issue a nomination through the Express Entry system.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to advise us of your intention to:
· Reject the ITA issued by IRCC and request that OINP continue to process your application; or
· Withdraw your application to OINP.
Should the program not receive additional information within this timeframe, your application will be assessed based on the existing information on file which may lead to the refusal of your application.
You can respond to this letter by reply email.
Please note that application fees are non-refundable.

I intent to reject the OINP nomination as I feel there is too much risk in recreating another CIC profile.
Is there any advice?
