Hi there, I have an issue that has been troubling me for sometime and I sincerely need your advice.
I've received my ITA on June 28th, and AOR on July 28th.
When creating file, I applied on NOC code 6314 Customer and information services supervisor. I've been worked in the mentioned code job for 3 years, the title shown on my contract is inside sales, however, as soon as I joined the company, the company restructured the organization and my job title became Sales and Customer service supervisor.
When I created EE file, I followed the title on the contract, after I received the ITA and asked my previous manager for the reference lettter, he used the latter title as he think it is the one we used to communicate with our customer and better suits the code. So I update the form that corresponding to the title shown on the reference letter and submit without mentioning it on LOE.
Now I've past my medical check, shall I submit additional LOE for this! Thanks!
