Post-ITA / Address History / Tourist visits 3 months at a time

Hello everyone PART 2
(divided my questions into several parts to avoid creating a mess)​

Can anybody please help with the following?
Do we have to write address of all countries(11 countries and even more cities) we've been to since September 2022 ?
My husband has been to China 3 times:
1) 2 times 3 months at a time with a day gap in between;
2) And before his last trip he'd had a 3 week gap and spent 2 months there during his last trip in total all since April 2019 and until January 17 2020 .
All while we both had 1 permanent address in our home country . Do we have to only write our permanent address or list them all?

All countries we have been to together - we visited as TOURISTS ONLY with no visas(we don't need them) ,also we have been to Cuba but apparently they do not stamp passports there.
