POST GRADUATION WORK PERMIT

I will begin my studies on september 4 2024. It is a 2 year Diploma course in Georgian college,Orillia Campus.Am I eligible for 3 year PGWP under the new canadian immigration laws,It is a DLI listed college but i am still confused since it is a Diploma course.
The programme i am going to enroll in is DSW(Developmental service worker)

IRCC says they “may” give you a 3 year PGWP. It is not guaranteed. Assume your study permit is approved.

Not maintaining full time studies except last semester is the main reason. So if you fail courses, then you may be part time.
