Post graduation work permit

I took a 2 year post graduation course but i took 3 extra part time semesters to complete my course as i failed in few courses.
I finished my course and i want to apply for my work permit.
Do i need any special documentation or letter or any different procedure for those 3 part time semesters that i took??
Or can i apply gor work permit normally like people do

By the rules you don't qualify for PGWP, you can try and explain your reasons for being part time and provide any proof and hope the officer makes a decision in your favor.

You're ineligible for a PGWP. I would say get a lawyer, but if they're any good they'll just tell you the same thing.
