Post Graduation work permit

Hi
My friend is studying Accounts for 1 years now, She just changed her mind to change her program to business studies. But she is worried if changing her program can effect her eligibility for post graduation work permit or later permanent residence in Canada. Anyone can help on this?

How long is the business studies course ? Is there a gap between the switch to the new course that could affect the validity of the study permit ? Is the new course at the same institution ?

Any reason why you posted same question in more than one place ?

The business study course is 2 years and there is no gap and won’t be any gap between the switch. And yes the new course will be from same institution so they will mention the switch on transcript.
