Hello there!
Need some guidance here. A friend should have applied for her PGWPP latest by May 19th. Totally missed the deadline. She thought she had to be begin the application process after her actual graduation ceremony which was in June. Her graduation certificate in dated in February. What should she do?

she is NOT eligible for a PGWP any longer
she would have to apply for a study permit, go back to school as a full time study then apply after she graduates.
