Hi all, I have applied for a Project Management diploma (1-year full time) in University of Winnipeg. I am confused with the flow. Please clarify me.
1. 1 year study permit with 1 year spouse open work permit
2. I can apply Post Graduate Work Permit within 180 days after I get results <<What should I and my spouse do , is it Visitor visa ?
3. PGWP processing time is 90 days via online. Then grant 1 year PGWP. << Is it okay to apply open work permit for my spouse in the same time or after 3 months income from me?
4. After grant 1year PGWP, assuming I got 6 months in demand job experience in MB. I can apply MPNP.
5. MPNP say proceeding time 3-4months. Assume I can get invitation from MPNP after 3-4 months.
6. My PGWP to be expired within 2-3 months. What can I and my spouse do? My agent said either ask for close work permit for 2 years with LMIA but some successful cases tell to apply bridging open work permit. What can I do?
In case, my spouse go to MB with 1 year spouse open work permit and he had 6 months in-demand job experience. So he become principal candidate. After my study permit, his SOWP expires . What is the next step ? Extend SOWP or apply new close / open work permit?
