I am a Peruvian citizen who graduated from my study program here in Canada in May of 2021. Because of Covid, I was unable to complete my internship and so the school could not give me my completion letter until I finished the internship. My study permit expired before I could complete the internship and so when I finally finished the internship and applied for the post graduate work permit, it was refused because I missed the 180 day deadline. Now my visitor record extension expired and I have no status and no work permit. Can I re-apply? What are my options?
