Hello Everyone
My friend received his Post graduate work permit refusal letter yesterday.
My friend graduated from college in April 2019 but his college mistakenly printed wrong date; Dec 2018 in his transcript and degree competition letter. He did not notice it and applied with it in June 2019 and now yesterday he got rejection. IRCC officer gave him 30 days to reapply/update
What should he do now? Reapply fresh or from the account just by uploading the date corrected docs and an explanation letter?
