Post Graduate Work Permit - Processing time discussion

Hello, all

I have some questions relate to the processing time of the post graduate work permit.

On the web page, it shows "Processing time- 74days" today.

So:

1. Does 74days mean 74 work days or calendar days?
2. When should I start to count the days?
I applied on October 8th, after 74 calendar days, it would be Dec.22
(But actually, the processing time was 43 days on Oct 8.)

I would appreciate your ideas, information and experience!

1. Calendar days. The date the application was received at Vegreville plus mailing time from Vegreville.
